The Community Community Baptist Church Floodway and APOAMF launched a Medical Mission at LRB-Manggahan Residences last November 8, 2022, which provided free medical services to over 220 residents.

Some of the free services under the project are medical consultations, tooth extractions, and the provision of reading glasses and medicine.

According to one of the Medical Mission’s patients, Marylord Lopez, the initiative really helped in addressing their medical needs. As some services are too expensive, they can’t immediately address all of their health concerns such as eye and dental consultations.

“The other good thing that happened is that the community shared spiritual advice. It’s inspiring despite the various illnesses that we’re having,” Marylord added.
