Talks between the APOAMF and the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) have started regarding its registration to be transferred from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to HLURB last June 6, 2022.
This is one of the first steps for APOAMF in becoming a homeowners’ association (HOA). All HOAs and neighborhood associations are required to be under the jurisdiction of HLURB.
