Before 2021 ended, the ULAP Confed-Samahang Pantao of from the National Capital Region (NCR), Rizal, and Laguna held its annual discussion for its "Reflection Assessment and Planning".
As one of ULAP's member organizations, APOAMF joined the two-day meeting from December 19-20, 2021.
UPWARD UP is spearheaded by academics from the Ateneo de Manila University, De la Salle University, and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven for the Alliance of People’s Organizations along the Manggahan Floodways. (english version)
