The beneficaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) in the LRB community has signed a file in order to receive their benefits for the months of November and December 2021.
They are expected to get education grants and rice subsidies a week after the signing. For now, general assemblies to collectively sign and receive these benefits are not allowed to avoid the spread of COVID-19.
UPWARD UP is spearheaded by academics from the Ateneo de Manila University, De la Salle University, and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven for the Alliance of People’s Organizations along the Manggahan Floodways. (english version)
