During the month of June 2022, the officials APOAMF held a series of meetings for its members in each building that aims to share updates and get suggested solutions to some of the issues within the community.

The primary agenda of each meeting is to update the members about the Condo Corporation and the sewage treatment plant (STP), start implementing the Php 280 monthly assessment fee, external audit, and repairs on the roof and septic tank at Phase 1.

The members also discussed the status of transferring APOAMF’s registration from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB).
